Insurance technology news from CompOne, Amica Insurance, Kingstone Insurance Company and more.
CompOne Administrators selected Majesco’s ClaimVantage integrated disability and absence management solution and customer portal to support their market growth with expanded product offerings. ClaimVantage was acquired by Majesco in January 2021.
Amica Insurance selected One Inc.‘s digital payments platform to provide both inbound and outbound digital payments as part of an overall effort to create a modern customer experience. Working with One Inc., Amica’s enhanced digital payment capabilities will help to create a frictionless customer experience by leveraging a single virtual wallet for premium payment and claim disbursements. Additionally, the selection of One Inc supports Amica’s goal to drive the adoption of digital payments to lower operational costs and reduce the inefficiencies associated with receiving and disbursing paper checks.
Frankenmuth Insurance is also working with One Inc‘s ClaimsPay for outbound digital payments. One Inc’s payment processing software is engineered to seamlessly integrate into Frankenmuth’s Guidewire core operating system, InsuranceSuite, accelerating the implementation process and ensuring continuity of the user experience. With the intuitively-designed interface and expansive payment functionalities, ClaimsPay supports enhanced adoption among insureds and other payees, which was an important consideration for Frankenmuth.
Kingstone Insurance Company selected insured.io‘s platform for digital transformation and customer engagement. As part of this implementation, insured.io simplified and streamlined the KICO experience across various legacy core systems and vendors. Today, the insured.io platform delivers a single solution for customer engagement, including portals for quick pay, new business quoting, first notice of loss and policy inquiry as well as inbound and outbound integrated voice response for recurring payments, electronic documents, reporting and analytics modules.
