On the morning of Saturday, Feb. 27, the U.S. House of Representatives passed President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID relief package with a 219-212 vote. The plan includes $1,400 stimulus checks, increased jobless benefits payments and COVID-19 vaccine funding.
