Tori Santos currently leads the digital transformation of USAA's new claims system. Tori's team is responsible for the delivery of high-value products that coincide with USAA's new core implementation. As USAA seeks to implement their new ecosystem, not only will they integrate a new core platform they have also set their aspirational target of creating 75% touchless claims by USAA's 100th birthday in 2022. Most recently, Tori's team has delivered the new non-member first notice of loss and digital status platforms, unlocking foundational digital capabilities for anyone involved in a claim with USAA. Tori has extensive knowledge of delivering highly complex initiatives and products at an accelerated pace, which is mission-critical as USAA seeks to continue to be the provider of choice in an ever-changing insurance landscape.

Jacqueline Tirpak | VP Corporate Claims Officer | Erie Insurance

Jackie currently leads the Corporate Claims function at ERIE Insurance. Her team is responsible for claims strategy, processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance. In this role, Jackie and her team work closely both inside and outside the business to ensure ERIE is delivering best in class claims service to our Agents, Customers and Employees. She began her career with ERIE in 1996 and has held various roles in claims and learning and development in both field and corporate roles. Jackie has her MBA from Capella University, and her Chartered Property Casualty (CPCU), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations. In her free time, she likes to read and travel.

Darin McCarthy | Vice President | Claims | Hippo Insurance

Over 24 years of experience in handling claims and management of claims teams. Insurance auditing experience including premium auditing and claims auditing. Experienced in re-organization of claims operations and ground up starting operations. Darin has been with Hippo for three years as VP of Claims.

Tim Christ | Vice President of Growth | Claimatic

Mr. Christ is an insurance industry veteran, international speaker, thought leader, and 2-time author. He has 20 years' executive leadership and insurance operations experience. For nearly 15 years, he worked in forensic engineering to investigate claims and help insureds rebuild businesses after major disasters. His resume includes over 1,000 successful projects in all types of claims, up to $1 billion in loss, including: residential/commercial/industrial property, commercial general liability (CGL), cyber, professional liability, residential/commercial auto, and one very famous life insurance claim.
