Around 70% of U.S. homeowners are uncertain of what is covered by their home insurance policy, according to a recent report by Plymouth Rock Home Assurance.

More alarming, 20% don't know how much they are paying for home insurance, according to the report. A factor driving this lack of awareness is how consumers pay for their home insurance policies.
