Duck Creek Technologies recently announced the addition of solutions from BuildFax, a Verisk business, to Duck Creek’s Content Exchange. The BuildFax solutions — including Roof Age, Property Condition Score, and Major Systems Insights — will enable insurers to easily access robust property condition and history data through the Duck Creek Platform.
Celina Insurance Group selected Zipwhip, a texting platform that advances customer responsiveness and satisfaction. Zipwhip will provide a texting platform for its Claims department, insurance agents and policyholders that is easy to use, stable and safe. Celina expanded Zipwhip texting to all claims staff in the spring of 2020. Celina’s claims staff is now able to send and receive texts directly from claimants in minutes. Celina and Zipwhip continue to partner and expand their relationship.
Verisk partnered with Cogitate Technology Solutions to enhanced DigitalEdge Insurance Platform and integrating rates, rules, and forms from ISO. Cogitate’s Platform enables insurance carriers, MGA’s, wholesalers and program managers to distribute their lines of business, either directly to the consumer or through retail agents. This collaboration will provide greater speed to market for these insurance distribution players who are now able to license ISO content with these pre-integrated products.
Burns & Wilcox partnered with Node International to launch of Cyberman365, a new product line that mitigates Personal Cyber risks for individuals, families and homes. Cyberman365 provides personal cyber protection for the entire household, including individuals, children, and home network devices, through two digital well-being products: IDNotify and Homesafe. The products are now available to insureds exclusively through certified insurance brokers and agents appointed with Burns & Wilcox.
Nationwide partnered with Cambridge Mobile Telematics to help drivers reduce phone distraction. Nationwide’s SmartRide® mobile app powered by CMT will now show drivers when and where they were driving while distracted by their phones. Nationwide is partnering with CMT to deliver this experience with the goal of making roads safer by informing drivers of their phone distractions while behind the wheel.
Swiss Re Corporate Solutions partnered with Hitachi Europe Ltd. to launch integrated insurance-based offerings for the digital era. The joint solution will help customers embrace AI and cutting-edge technologies to maximize productivity, increase automation, implement contactless operations and reduce downtime, while also insuring them against any unexpected business disruption.
YuLife partnered with Buzzbike, the bike subscription service that equips users with 24/7 bicycle access along with a lock, stolen bike replacement, maintenance and riding rewards. YuLife members can enjoy a Buzzbike subscription at reduced monthly rates. YuLife’s partnership with Buzzbike is designed to reward members for regular cycling.
