Tracey Waller | Product Director, Small Commercial Underwriting for ISO| A Verisk Business

Tracey Waller is Product Director, Small Commercial Underwriting for ISO. She is responsible for the strategy, management, and development of ISO’s small commercial and casualty underwriting products. Prior to her current role, Tracey handled coverage product development for the general liability, umbrella/excess, home healthcare, and medical professional liability lines of business at ISO. She was also involved in developing drone coverage options for ISO general liability and umbrella/excess programs. Tracey holds a master of business administration degree from Saint Peter’s University and a bachelor of fine arts degree from Rutgers University. She has earned the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). She joined ISO in 2008.

Othman Loudghiri| Product Manager, Small Commercial Underwriting for ISO| A Verisk Business

Othman Loudghiri is Product Manager, Small Commercial Underwriting for ISO. He is responsible for developing innovative solutions to help property/casualty insurers expand and better serve the small and mid-size commercial markets. Before joining Verisk, Othman served in several capacities at AIG across personal and commercial lines (domestic and international) with an emphasis on product strategy, client engagement and operational excellence. During his tenure at AIG, Othman served as a lead role in the build out of an Insure-Tech venture focused on the SME Segment. Othman holds a bachelor’s degree from Jefferson University (previously Philadelphia University) with a dual major in Finance/Management Information Systems. He is fluent in French and Arabic.
