Zurich has announced a string of leadership changes at the Swiss-based insurer.

Effective January 1, 2021, the following will enter new leadership roles:

Zurich also appointed Laurence Maurice as CEO LatAm and named Katja Roth Pellanda to lead its legal team as group general counsel. Both appointments are effective from October 1.

Roth Pellanda joined Zurich as its deputy general counsel in April after over four years at Novartis. She takes over from Yannick Hausmann, who steps down after 12 years in the role, according to the statement.

Hausmann will become a senior advisor to the Group CEO, “providing his broad experience on regulatory and governance issues”, the statement added.
