Penn National Insurance selected ClaimsPay, part of the One Inc. Digital Payments Platform, to digitize outbound payments and enhance customer engagement. The platform’s suite of digital engagement tools includes multiple secure communication channels, such as TCPA-compliant IVR and text messaging.

Scottish American selected Input 1 as its service provider for processing their premium finance business. Input 1 will manage the daily functions of Scottish American’s business such as customer service, notice delivery, payments, funding and the provision of modern digital portals for our retail agent and policyholders to use.

Brown & Brown selected Indio Technologies to fully automate the client data capture and application experience for their commercial lines business. The application uses smart-form automapping to reduce the need for rekeying client information and risk information across individual applications, increasing efficiency while reducing errors and omissions.

Appulate announced the company will be working with AmTrust Financial Services Inc. to allow retail insurance agents and brokers to rate, quote and bind workers’ compensation policies in real-time. Appulate’s advanced technology paired with AmTrust’s innovative and market-leading digital API, allows agents and brokers to obtain an instant quote.
