AgencyZoom has opted for HawkSoft‘s partner API to bring the two complementary systems together. AgencyZoom will be available on HawkSoft Marketplace with a focus on mutual customers exploring the integrated systems over the next month. HawkSoft’s agency management system houses client and policy data that can flow into AgencyZoom for use in its lead management and sales automation tools.

TransUnion announced a partnership with Neuro-ID, a next-generation provider of real-time behavioral analytics, to provide carriers with a new source of behavioral data to advance their digital transformation initiatives. Neuro-ID’s Friction Index® Platform and Fraud Solutions will help insurance customers reduce friction, improve customer experience and detect behavioral fraud and risk.

CSE Insurance Group has selected One Inc.’s digital payments platform to expand the company’s payment capabilities and modernize the customer experience. The new digital payments platform will modernize the customer experience for both premiums and claims payments.

Reliance Standard selected the EIS Group‘s insurance platform EIS suite as the new core platform for its voluntary benefits business. The platform will be used for product development, rating, policy administration, billing, and customer management processes.
