EMC Insurance promotes five leaders, announces new operating structure
Scott Jean, the new president of EMC Insurance Companies and successor to the retiring Bruce Kelly, announced the changes.
Scott Jean, the new president of EMC Insurance Companies, elevated several leaders to executive vice president (EVP) and introduced a new operating structure for the company.
Previously, there were two EVPs and virtually all functions reported up through them and then to Bruce Kelley, who retired as president. Today, all functions will report up through five EVPs and then to Jean.
Following are the five EVPs and the areas they now oversee:

- Eric Faust, EVP – chief synergy officer: corporate strategy, EMC National Life, EMC Reinsurance, information technology and strategic analytics
