Scott Jean, the new president of EMC Insurance Companies, elevated several leaders to executive vice president (EVP) and introduced a new operating structure for the company.

Previously, there were two EVPs and virtually all functions reported up through them and then to Bruce Kelley, who retired as president. Today, all functions will report up through five EVPs and then to Jean.
