Founded in 2004, Agency Matrix's product offerings include its agency management system, insurance agency websites, document management, and a virtual employee. The acquisition of Agency Matrix will extend ITC's agency management system offering.

Novidea provides a core cloud-based platform, connecting all insurance distributors to a modern, digital and data-driven insurance ecosystem, which leverages the Salesforce Cloud and artificial intelligence (AI). Novidea drives digital transformation for brokers, agents, MGAs and insurers, through powerful data analytics, digital customer engagement and a specialized insurance CRM.
