The Hartford has expanded the range of services designed to protect customers from the costly risk of cyberattacks. The new additions to The Hartford Cyber Center include detection of digital risk exposure across the dark web from Terbium Labs, as well as a custom product that uses BlackBerry’s CylancePROTECT artificial intelligence and machine-learning software to safeguard business infrastructure.

Jason Herman Insurance Agency selected Applied Systems‘s Applied Digital Agency software to digitally transform their business. Leveraging Applied Epic, Jason Herman Insurance Agency will automate operations and seamlessly connect to insurers with integrated market access technology. The agency will also integrate customer service software including a customer self-service portal and mobile apps to deliver a digital customer experience.

7PSolutions added Eye-Seal‘s internal container breach detection technology to its product line. The company is leveraging its knowledge and expertise to complement its core GPS monitoring line of products with Eye-Seal’s GSM patented platform Powered by ICON that is mounted inside maritime or intermodal containers.

Texas Farm Bureau Insurance upgraded to the newest version of Majesco Policy for P&C and moved from on-premise to Majesco CoudInsurer to strengthen their agility and speed to market. The move to the Software-as-a-Service model will deliver content, speed and scalability for their commercial lines operations, including umbrella, commercial property and general liability.
