The Arbella Insurance Group promoted Michelle DiPietro to director of Arbella’s Contact Centers. In 2014, she was promoted to her most recent position as Claim Service Center manager.

Caroline Thompson has joined Cowbell Cyber to lead the company’s underwriting function. She brings 10 years of insurance and cyber underwriting experience; as a senior underwriting specialist at Zurich North America, Thompson focused on small- and mid-size businesses.

Neptune Flood Incorporated hired Jean-Luc Eckstein as executive director. Eckstein joins Neptune Flood from Fortune 500 technology solutions provider, CDW, where he sold software and hardware directly to some of the largest companies in the United States before being promoted to international client strategy manager.

Mark Whitford has joined DWS Group as director and member of the insurance business development team in the Americas. Prior to joining DWS, he was the head of GA insurance business development & relationship management at Franklin Templeton, where he spent more than six years.

Blue River Underwriters, a Breckenridge Insurance Group company, hired James D. Skelton as an underwriter to its specialty property program team. He brings nearly seven years of underwriting experience to the team having previously worked as a commercial property underwriter for Kinsale Capital Group and as an associate commercial property underwriter for Nationwide Mutual Insurance.

Fidelis Group Holdings LLC announced the following promotions in its claims division, Fidelis Claims Services LLC:

Drew Walter has been appointed executive vice president and head of cyber & commercial E&O at Ascot. Walter joins Ascot from AXIS Capital, where he was head of global cyber & technology underwriting delivery.

Ascot also appointed Crystal Greene as senior vice president, head of management liability. She joins Ascot with 25 years of experience, 17 of which were with Liberty Insurance.

Burns & Wilcox added Michelle Clark as managing director. She most recently served as an executive vice president and broker for RT Specialty.
