Croatia Osiguranje, a Croatian insurer, has selected Sapiens International Corporation‘s Sapiens IDITSuite for Property & Casualty and Sapiens ReinsuranceMaster, as well as other tools, for its digital transformation program. Sapiens’ technology is expected to further increase the productivity of Croatia Osiguranje’s sales force and speed its time to market while also optimizing business operations through business process simplification and automation.

ACCC Insurance Company has selected One Inc‘s Digital Payments Platform’s ClaimsPay to modernize the company’s outbound payment capabilities. ACCC chose the One Inc platform to incorporate digital claims payment functionality, enhance customer engagement and facilitate faster claims payments.

Duck Creek Technologies has expanded its partner ecosystem program through a new relationship with Terrene Labs. An integration with Duck Creek Policy gives carriers access to data from Terrene Labs from directly within the Duck Creek Platform.

Eastern Alliance Insurance Group will adopt Insurity Inc.’s Workers’ CompXPress Suite. The unified solution encompasses policy, billing and claims functionality.

CoreLogic announced the integration of HOVER property measurement and 3D technology into the CoreLogic Underwriting Center platform for insurance clients. The integration of HOVER provides carriers and inspection companies an opportunity to better manage inspection expenditures while allowing policyholders to digitally participate in securing homeowner coverage on their properties through HOVER’s self-service app.

EMC Insurance Companies chose Quadient‘s single scalable platform to improve the aesthetics, continuity, compliance and speed to market of the multitude of customer communications it sends to policyholders and independent insurance agents. EMC is also using Omnichannel Coordination, a component of Quadient Inspire, which will help EMC provide users with choices about how they prefer to receive communications.

Liberty Mutual‘s national insurance operation is working with Intellect SEEC to harness the power of big data to more proactively identify target opportunities with individual brokers and develop solutions for customers. Through the relationship, Liberty Mutual underwriters and risk managers gain automated access to thousands of third-party data sources.
