Methodology
From July 2013 to December 2018, iSeeCars.com analyzed more than 46 million individual new car sales for model years 2014-2017. Utilizing each car's Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), iSeeCars determined whether the vehicle was then re-listed and then resold between four months to a year of its original sale date. The analysis excluded used cars with fewer than 1000 miles, models not in production as of the 2018 model year, heavy-duty trucks and vans, and low-volume models. See also:
