Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited announced that Mary Kotch has been appointed chief information officer. She previously served in senior executive technology roles at Validus Group and AIG. Tyler Tokioka has been appointed chairman of the board at Island Insurance, Hawaii's largest locally-owned property & casualty insurance carrier. Tokioka first joined the company in 1999 and has held various leadership roles, including president of the charitable Island Insurance Foundation.
