Root Insurance has announced a partnership and pilot program with Owlcam that will utilize Owlcam’s video security and safety system to streamline insurance claims. During the pilot program, select Root customers are testing how Owlcam services can impact driving safety and car security while simultaneously simplifying the claims process.

ERGO Germany successfully completed the implementation of the FRISS solution to fasten their claims management process. FRISS supported ERGO Germany in its process of digital transformation and enables ERGO Germany to leverage artificial intelligence to optimize its portfolio and fasten the claims management process in order to provide better customer service.

Liberty Mutual selected Duck Creek Technologies as its technology partner for its multiyear effort to build a new fully integrated workers’ compensation claims management system. The teams will use the latest agile software methods and techniques to deliver the system.

Saxon Insurance chose Duck Creek Insights to gain improved access to, and actionable intelligence on, data from internal and external sources. The carrier has been using Duck Creek Policy and Duck Creek Billing for many years as part of an overall initiative to be a true “virtual insurer”.

AssuranceAmerica successfully implemented One Inc.’s Digital Payments Platform. The platform provides AssuranceAmerica with an inbound interactive voice response system, streamline reporting and payment processing.
