Travelers unveils its top wedding insurance claims of 2018 — and launches the 'Dreaming of I Do' contest.

These are the realities of many unlucky couples every year. From weather and illnesses to vendor issues and accidents, there are a myriad of factors that can potentially lead to a wedding day disaster. And with the financial investment behind planning a wedding, a wedding insurance policy can help protect a couple’s special day.

Travelers recently unveiled its top wedding insurance claims of 2018. The most common claims in 2018 were due to vendor issues, with 41% of policyholders filing claims for instances such as closed venues and no-show photographers or bands.
