The board of management of Allianz SE announced that Helga Jung will retire on Dec 31, 2019. She leaves after 26 years at Allianz and having served as a member of the board for eight years.
Renate Wagner, currently chief human resources officer at Allianz SE, has been appointed as her successor from Jan. 1, 2020, subject to regulatory approval. The standard term for first appointments is three years.
