Jennifer Leuer has been appointed CEO of CyberScout. She joins CyberScout from Experian, where she served as president of partner solutions.

Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited appointed Joshua Brekenfeld director of global corporate development. He joins Aspen from Lloyd’s of London, where he spent six years in senior roles, most recently leading the business oversight relationship between Lloyd’s and 10 companies operating in the Lloyd’s market.

Jeffrey O’Connor has been elected president of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters for its 2019-2020 term. He is the vice president of Alex N. Sill Company LLC.

MS Amlin appointed Mary Vogiatzidou to the role of senior marine underwriter. She most recently served as a senior hull underwriter in RSA Group’s marine division.

Nicholas Gurgone has been promoted to consulting actuary at Pinnacle Actuarial Resources Inc. He has been with the firm since 2015 and has experience in assignments involving loss reserving, funding studies, loss cost projections and more.

The Geneva Association, the global organization of insurance and reinsurance CEOs, announced the election of four new board members:

Christopher Madigan has joined Northern Trust as a senior business development executive for insurance solutions. Most recently, he served in a business development role at State Street Corporation focused on asset managers and members of the insurance sector.

XS Brokers hired Michelle Delmonico-Longo as business development manager, and David Hall as senior vice president, business development. Delmonico-Longo brings over 12 years of sales and marketing experience in the commercial insurance field, and Hall brings over 18 years of sales and marketing experience.

Katie Curvel has been promoted to vice president of marketing at We Insure Group. She started with the company in June 2017 as director of marketing.

American International Group Inc. (AIG) announced that Michael O’Malley will join the company as global chief procurement officer. He is joining AIG from Verizon, where he most recently served as vice president, strategic sourcing for Verizon Services Ireland.

The board of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd., the non-life legacy insurance investor and capacity provider of U.S. and European MGA program business, announced the following personnel change:

Brian Hanuschak has been appointed president of North America for Victor Insurance Holdings, Marsh’s managing general underwriting business. He has led the Victor O. Schinnerer & Co., the founding company of Victor Insurance Holdings, for four years.

Willis Towers Watson appointed Lisa Sukow and Jim Leonard as directors in the company’s U.S. property & casualty business within its insurance consulting and technology business. Sukow joins Willis from United Services Automobile Association where she oversaw and managing pricing for its auto and umbrella lines of business. Leonard joins Willis after nearly 20 years at CNA Insurance Companies, where he held positions in commercial lines reserving, health care and, most recently, in actuarial reserving.

Geico‘s board of directors announced the following updates to the Geico Insurance Agency leadership team:

Peter Paine has been appointed head of retail partnerships for the Americas at Cover Genius. Before joining Cover Genius, Paine served as the business and partnerships lead for warranties, add-on services and seller-financing at eBay.

Topa Insurance Company appointed Kelly Yates assistant vice president, claims. She joined Topa Insurance five years ago as a claims examiner and was later promoted to claims manger overseeing litigated and non-litigated claims from Topa’s Bus business.

Desiree Khoury has been appointed specialty treaty underwriter within Beazley‘s product solutions team. She joins from NAS Insurance, where her most recent role was managing a nationwide sales team as head of sales & business development.

EY appointed Jan Bellens as the new EY global banking & capital markets leader and Isabelle Santenac as the new EY global insurance leader. Bellens most recently served as EY deputy banking & capital markets leader. Since 2012, Santenac has served as the EY EMEIA financial services assurance leader.
