West Bend Mutual Insurance partnered with InfoCor and NanoLumens to update the audiovisual technologies at its West Bend, Wis., headquarters. InfoCor upgraded much of the boardroom’s technology, integrating new Polycom cameras, a new BiAmp DSP audio processor and a Creston control system.

Duck Creek Technologies has expanded its Partner Ecosystem program through a new relationship with Roost. An Anywhere Enabled Integration available in Duck Creek’s Content Exchange allows Roost’s Smart Leak sensor to automatically send a message and create an incident within Duck Creek Claims upon detection of a leak.

Roost has also partnered with Florida-based Centauri Insurance. In a strategic agreement reached to mitigate claims costs, assist policyholders in detection of a potential loss before it escalates and build customer engagement, Centauri Insurance will offer free devices to select policyholders.

Kespry, a drone-based aerial intelligence solution provider, announced that Grinnell Mutual is using its platform for residential and commercial property roof inspections. The single, composite 3D images of roofs, combined with AI and machine learning-based algorithmic assessments made in the Kespry Cloud, help Grinnell Mutual’s adjusters determine storm-related damage, including hail impact, in order to make the most accurate claims decisions possible.

The Travelers Companies Inc. announced that independent agents who use the EZLynx Management System will now be notified instantly when their Travelers personal auto insurance customers make a policy change in the MyTravelers self-service portal. The EZLynx Management System dashboard is updated in real time when a customer adds or removes a vehicle, modifies a deductible, changes their address, adds a driver or makes other modifications to their policy.

IVANS announced that CNA will use IVANS Markets to support its national growth and distribution strategy. IVANS Markets enables CNA to instantly communicate its desired appetite details to a digital network of independent agents.

Willis Towers Watson announced that Tia Technology is joining its global Radar Live collaboration program. Through this integration, the rates Radar Live generates are instantly available in the Tia Solutions and accessible to all relevant users within an insurance company.
