Worldwide Facilities has announced that Shane Holden has joined its Atlanta team as senior vice president/property broker. He previously served as senior vice president – property at RT Specialty.
Francis A. Mancini has partnered with Renaissance Alliance to work on new business developments and promote the Renaissance Alliance brand in New England and nationally. Mancini is the former president and CEO of the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents.
Virtual Claims Adjuster Inc. has appointed Archie McIntyre senior vice president, corporate development, effective immediately. McIntyre is a Michigan based C-level insurance industry executive with experience in carrier and fee for service operations.
EPIC Insurance Brokers and Consultants has announced the following appointments:
- Stephanie Pitzer - client executive
- JoBeth Wells - principal
Glenn Cannon has joined DataCubes, a data science platform for commercial underwriting, as vice president of sales. Cannon brings over 25 years of industry experience to DataCubes, most recently as regional sales manager at Applied Systems.
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (AGCS) has reorganized some roles and responsibilities in its board management:
- From April 1, 2019, current AGCS Chief Underwriting Officer Corporate Hartmut Mai will take on the board role of AGCS chief regions and markets officer for three of AGCS strategic business units.
- Thomas Sepp will join the AGCS board to become chief underwriting office corporate.
- AGCS board member Paul O’Neill‘s current responsibilities will be extended by leadership of alternative risk transfer line of business and strategy & business development.
The American Insurance Marketing and Sales (AIMS) Society has appointed Ariel Rivera and David Gorman as new board members. Rivera is the president of Ariel Rivera & Associates Inc. Gorman is the president of PIA Texas and founder of Red Gorman Insurance of Dallas.
Melissa Brill has been named to the role of co-chair of Cozen O’Connor‘s global insurance department. She has been an attorney at the firm for more than 20 years, where she represents major professional liability, property and general liability insurers in insurance coverage litigation throughout the country.
SterlingRisk Insurance has hired Debbie McLaughlin as program sales executive. She currently serves on the Community Advisory Council of St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center.
Paw Anderson has joined Metromile as chief technology officer. He was most recently a senior leader of engineering in Uber’s advanced technology group.
Hippo Insurance has announced the following appointments:
- Stewart Ellis - chief financial officer
- Nicole Perrault - head of actuarial insurance and risk management
Colorado-based Flood and Peterson has appointed Whitney Shupe chief operations officer. She began her career working in the market solutions division within Flood and Peterson in January 2003, most recently serving as senior operations director.
H.W. Kaufman Group has added Kori M. Johanson to its executive team as corporate vice president and chief compliance officer. She joins from PURE, a high-net-worth personal insurance carrier, where she was responsible for legal, compliance and regulatory relations.
Chris Malone has been named chief financial officer at NJM Insurance Group. He most recently served as the vice president and lead financial officer for Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance.
SCOR Global P&C has announced the following promotions:
- Michel Blanc - CEO of reinsurance, effective April 1, 2019.
- Christoph Spichtig - CEO of the Asia-Pacific region (APAC), effective April 1, 2019.
- Eric Jenck - regional chief underwriting officer of reinsurance for APAC
- Stuart McMurdo - CEO of SCOR specialty insurance of the Europe, Middle East and Africa operations, effective Sept. 1, 2019.
- Fabio Pinho - CEO of SCOR specialty insurance of the Latin America operations, effective Sept. 1, 2019.
AmWINS Group Inc. has announced the following hires and promotions:
- Herman Cruz - senior vice president
- Scott Sauter, Debbie Anderson, and Jeremy Bright have joined its personal lines team. Mike Ramirez has joined to its commercial P&C binding team.
- Josh Ammons has succeeded Doug Sanders as branch leader of AmWINS Brokerage of the Carolinas.
- Andrea Dickinson has succeeded Bill Markin as co-branch leader of AmWINS Brokerage of Tennessee.
