Missouri-based CFM Insurance has joined Roost‘s Home Telematics Program (HTP). In partnership with Willis Towers Watson, State Auto Insurance, Country Financial and Encompass Insurance, the HTP is applying analytics to gain insights into the effect of home installation of Roost smart sensors on fire and water loss mitigation, as well as customer engagement.

Lockton Affinity will be the new program administrator for the Westport/Swiss Re‘s lawyer professional liability insurance in Pennsylvania. This program offers a professional liability product for lawyers through Westport with program administration from Lockton Affinity.

DataCubes, a data science platform for commercial underwriting, has partnered with specialty insurer RLI to optimize certain aspects of RLI’s underwriting processes. Using Datacubes’ artificial intelligence-powered intake, risk analysis and scoring tools, RLI is exploring ways to automate intake forms and intelligence gathering in order to replace certain manual processes and to provide agents with faster, more efficient quotes.

ProWriters Insurance has announced it is now the exclusive cyber insurance provider for Venture Insurance Programs. ProWriters will work with Venture to provide a variety of specialized services, including tailored cyber risk management solutions, full access to ProWriters Cyber IQ platform and full-service cyber insurance placement expertise.

TechAssure, the international nonprofit association of insurance and risk management professionals for technology-related risks, has partnered with Corax. This will provide cybersecurity insights about organizations and offer a cyber “hygiene score” to improve the cybersecurity profile of the organization.
