National insurance program manager Distinguished Programs has announced that Zurich North America will be the new insurance provider for its City Homes Insurance Program. Zurich also operates as the provider for Distinguished Programs’ NY Brick & Brownstone program.
Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. has announced its wholly-owned European subsidiary, Accredited Insurance (Europe) Limited, has signed a new program underwriting partnership with Kitsune Limited, a U.K. managing general agency providing private motor insurance. Accredited — which is licensed to write all non-life classes in all EU member states — provides a distribution channel for reinsurers.
NYCM Insurance has implemented Verisk‘s newly enhanced ClaimDirector and NetMap for ClaimSearch solutions to assist in the detection of potential insurance fraud. ClaimDirector identifies fraud indicators at first notice of loss for incoming claims, and the system updates when new information is added. NetMap provides capabilities that help identify fraud ring networks and other connections among company’s claims and industrywide loss history data.
Smart Harbor, a digital solutions provider for insurance agents, has developed a new interface with Agency Matrix, a cloud-based agency management solution provider. The new partnership enables agencies to pass all sales prospect and customer information generated from SmartHarbor’s website, email marketing, SEO and mobile services to the Agency Matix management system.
AmTrust Financial Services Inc. has extended its partnership providing protection plans to Microsoft customers for an additional four years. The parties have had a contractual relationship since 2009. Under the terms of the renewed agreement, AmTrust will continue to underwrite and insure the Microsoft Complete protection plan program available in more than 30 countries and territories.
