Munich Re has chosen DXC Technology to provide post cyberattack services and expertise to insurers in the Asia Pacific region. Through this collaboration, Munich Re will provide clients with risk management solutions that extend beyond pure risk transfer to encompass post-incident response services for cyberthreats or incidents such as cyberextortion, identity theft, ransomware or hacking.

Canadian multi-line insurance and financial services organization The Co-operators has chosen Guidewire Predictive Analytics for Claims to embed predictive insights into Guidewire ClaimCenter and supplement that systems it has in place. The Co-operators will adopt a Smart Core system to augment its evolving predictive analytics strategy and deliver actionable insights to enable key decisions.

Philadelphia Insurance Companies has successfully deployed its property and general liabilities lines of business (LOB) through Insurity Inc.'s Policy Decisions Evolution. The project was delivered in an accelerated five-month timeline that included deployment and packaging of the two LOBS, as well as customization of downstream billing support.

Optimum General Inc. has announced that all of its companies — namely Optimum Insurance Company Inc., Optimum West Insurance Company Inc. and Optimum Farm Insurance Company Inc. — have selected Guidewire InsurancePlatform Core to assist with the operations of their residential lines of business. The Lytx DriveCam safety program delivers video and telematics capabilities that combine machine vision and artificial intelligence designed specifically for the transportation industry with video-based driver coaching to improve driving habits to help reduce risk.

Duck Creek Technologies has expanded its Partner Ecosystem program with a new relationship with FRISS, the provider of AI-powered risk and fraud detection solutions for underwriting, claims and SIU to insurers in over 30 countries. An Anywhere Enabled Integration available in Duck Creek's Content Exchange seamlessly adds FRISS' fraud detection solution to workflows in Duck Creek Claims.
