AmWINS Group Inc. has selected ClarionDoor‘s Digital Distribution Suite as the company’s digital platform for underwriting administration. ClarionDoor’s suite provides cloud-optimized, insurance-ready solutions for rate, quote, bind, issue, and forms management on a single technology platform.

MarketScout has announced that it plans to invest in HazardHub via its InsurTech investment vehicle, MarketScout InsurTech ventures. MarketScout discovered HazardHub at the Entrepreneurial Insurance Alliance’s annual symposium in September 2018.

Hagerty has selected Vlocity Digital Insurance to transform its legacy core systems with a cloud-based insurance platform that runs entirely on Salesforce. Vlocity’s Digital Insurance Platform will be added to Hagerty’s existing Salesforce Platform and will replace several internally developed and legacy vendor applications.

The Connecticut Interlocal Risk Management Agency (CIRMA) has selected Guidewire Software Inc.‘s Guidewire InsurancePlatform to replace its existing systems and modern the way it does business. Guidewire PartnerConnect Select Consulting Partner, Blackcomb Consultants, will be leading the implementation project.

Plug and Play Ventures has invested in BetterView. BetterView plans to use the funding to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities to new imagery sources, as well as enhance its property data and analytics platform.
