This past Veterans Day, QBE North America sponsored the 2018 Veterans Day Parade in New York City for the third year in a row.

In a statement, Jeff Grange, President, Specialty & Commercial of QBE North America said that with more than 210,000 veterans in the New York City area, the Veteran’s Day Parade is at the heart of the city’s annual effort to honor the contributions of veterans and their families.

“We are proud to be part of this tremendous event with other like-minded organizations, our customers, and our community to stand together in support of veterans, active duty military personnel and their families. We must never forget their sacrifices,” Grange added in his statement.

In addition, QBE held a reception on November 12 in New York City, “Honoring Those Who Serve.” Employees and QBE broker partners were joined by famed golfer Greg Norman to welcome Michael Linnington, Lieutenant General, U.S. Army (Retired); CEO, Wounded Warrior Project and Colonel Carlos Vega of West Point, whose speeches honored men and women who serve our country and the important issues facing them today.
