Aon plc has appointed Carol Stark managing director of infrastructure solutions in the Chicago office. Before this, Stark served as vice president, commercial insurance services and operations at CNA.

Jeff Norton has been appointed senior vice president, cyber & technology for Brit Global Specialty USA (BGSU). Norton joins BGSU from Beazley Group where he was a senior underwriter, private enterprise.

International General Insurance Holdings Limited (IGI), the international specialist commercial insurer and reinsurer, has appointed Nasser Zagha to the newly-created role of chief technology officer. He joins IGI from the Bank of Jordan where he served as head of information technology.

Ken Williams has been named the new staff actuary at the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS). Prior to joining CAS, Williams served as actuarial manager at COUNTRY Financial Insurance Company, a role he held since 2005.

Additionally, James K. Christie has begun his term as the president of the CAS. Christie is currently self-employed as a consultant, with previous experience at both large international insurance corporations and small entrepreneurial operations.

International specialist insurer Hiscox has announced the following additions to its U.S. field and underwriting management teams:

Kenneth J. Jones has joined SterlingRisk Insurance as vice president. His concentrations include construction, real estate and the not-for-profit sector, working to reduce client exposures and lower costs.

The Bermuda Business Development Agency (BDA) has appointed Roland Burrows as the organization’s next CEO. Burrows, who most recently served as chief investment officer at the Bermuda Tourism Authority, will take up the position on December 1, and also become a non-executive member of the BDA Board.

Angie Delle has been hired by Town and Country Insurance Agency as a Medicare specialist and producer. Prior to joining Town and Country Insurance Agency, she worked as a customers service representative, as well as unit field trainer.

Decision Research Corporation, a leader in digital insurance solutions for the P&C insurance industry, has appointed Karen Yamamoto CEO. Yamamoto will also continue her responsibilities as president.

Seth Bostock has been appointed chief technology officer at Lucens Group, a disability insurance technology solutions company. Prior to Lucens Group, he was an information technology executive and advisor for Tidewater Equity Partners.

Worldwide Facilities has added Angela Davis as a healthcare broker to its brokerage team. Davis previously served as vice president of professional lines and regional manager at HIscox USA.
