HUB International Limited has acquired The TAMRAC Group, Inc. (TAMRAC). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Insurance Technologies Corporation (ITC), a provider of websites, marketing, rating and management software and services, announced it has acquired Assurance Systems, Inc., an insurance technology provider in the southeastern United States. Assurance Systems product offerings include AccuAuto, its auto insurance comparative rating system; AccuAgency, its agency management system; and AgencyThrive, its website platform.

RSG Underwriting Managers, LLC (RSGUM) announced the combination of two of their Managing General Underwriter teams, EmergIn Risk and ThinkRisk. The teams will operate under the EmergIn Risk brand going forward.

FM Global donates $100,000 to the Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors. The funding will provide 10 years of support for the Society’s ‘Phoenix World Burn Congress,’ the world’s largest gathering of the burn community, connecting attendees with support, resources, and each other.

Lockton has moved their new office to the Seven Springs district of Nashville. Lockton representatives say the move reflects a need for a larger space as the Nashville office continues to grow since it first opened in the original office location four years ago.

AIG announced it has completed its acquisition of Glatfelter Insurance Group (“Glatfelter”). The transaction, which was first announced on September 21, 2018, has closed following receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.

Strategic Risk Solutions Europe (SRS Europe) today announced the acquisition of a majority share of Ark Insurance Management PCC Limited (Ark), a regulated full service onshore European insurance management firm domiciled in Malta.

The International Society of Catastrophe Managers (ISCM) and The CAS Institute (iCAS), a subsidiary of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) offering specialty credentials to professionals, announced the launch of a new education and credentialing program for catastrophe risk professionals. The organizations introduced two new credentials: Certified Specialist in Catastrophe Risk (CSCR) and Certified Catastrophe Risk Management Professional (CCRMP).
