ICW Group Insurance Companies, a group of property & casualty carriers, has appointed Eric VonDohlen vice president of data analytics. Prior to joining ICW Group, he served as chief analytics officer at Elevate Credit.

Jérôme Razniewski has been appointed chief information security officer at Shift Technology, a solution provider with a focus on enabling insurance organizations to successfully tackle the ongoing and growing claims fraud challenge. Razniewski joins Shift from La Banque Postale, a banking subsidiary of the La Poste group.
