Creating an exceptional safety culture is, in many ways, like improving a golf game. Both require the right mentality, clear-cut goals, regular and consistent training, and the ability to do both the big and little things consistently well. Golf may be just a game, but many serious players are willing to invest the time and energy it takes to excel at it.
