The Insurance Digital Revolution (IDR) is an industry campaign fueled by the belief that digital technologies enable independent insurance agents to improve customer satisfaction, grow business and increase profitability.
IDR’s recent “Insurance Digital Transformation Survey” found that although insurance agents are becoming more adept at using digital business tools, significant gaps remain when it comes to agents and such issues as cybersecurity preparedness.
