FM Global unveils senior leadership changes
Jonathan W. Hall, COO of FM Global, will retire on July 1, 2018, after 37 years with the company.
Jonathan W. Hall, COO of FM Global, will retire on July 1, 2018, after 37 years with the company. Prior to his current role, he served as executive vice president with overall responsibility for various divisions within the organization, including underwriting and reinsurance, engineering and research, claims, marketing and enterprise learning, information services, and AFM, a member of the FM Global Group.

New leaders emerge
FM Global also made two leadership appointments with senior management as a result of Hall’s forthcoming retirement.
- Malcolm C. Roberts has been appointed executive vice president. Roberts joined FM Global in 1995 as a loss prevention consultant. He most recently served as senior vice president, Eastern division manager.
- Gerry L. Alonso has been appointed senior vice president, Eastern division manager. He succeeds Roberts and will oversee all client relations, underwriting, engineering, processing and administration for the division. He most recently served as senior vice president, operations manager of FM Global’s Boston, Mass., USA, operations.
