People’s United Bank, a subsidiary of People’s United Financial Inc., has appointed Ray Chase senior vice president and director of personal lines, People’s United Insurance Agency. He has held various roles throughout his career including Wachovia Bank where he served as vice president and senior financial specialist.

Susan Rivera has joined Tokio Marine HCC as executive vice president and COO. From 2009 to until earlier this year, Rivera served as president and CEO of V3 Insurance Partners LLC.

Topa Insurance Group has appointed Denise Pavlov chief underwriting officer. Pavlov previously worked as a consultant for Topa in underwriting as well as in its new systems program for the past 16 months.

Charlie Turri has been appointed chief technology officer for Denim, a mobile and social media advertising automation platform for financial services companies. Prior to joining Denim, Turri served as vice president of IT for Athene USA where he led application development and program management, among other responsibilities.

Choice Solutions Services Inc. has appointed Mark S. Burnam president to lead and oversee its U.S. operations. He joins the Choice team while also currently serving as CEO and president of Vennd Technologies, a start-up tech company he launched.

Nicholas Pooley has been named Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty‘s next aviation major risks product lead for North America. Pooley previously served as senior vice president with responsibilities for aviation risk management consulting and strategic leadership for Marsh and McLennan.
