Brittany Negron has been a named a consultant within the real estate practice of New Day Underwriting Managers LLC. While an employee of AGEISS Inc., a supplier of engineering and environmental services to federal agencies nationwide, Negron served as an environmental scientist at Moody Air Force Base near Valdosta, Ga.
FM Global has appointed Sanjay Chawla senior vice president, chief investment officer. Chawla comes to FM Global from Raytheon Company where served as vice president and chief investment officer.
Ed Dandridge has been appointed head of marketing and communications, general insurance for AIG, effective April 16. He previously served as global chief marketing and communications officer for Marsh & McLennan Companices Inc.
Artex announced that Peter Mullen will be re-joining the company as CEO-elect, effective March 2019, once he has fulfilled his contractual obligations to Aon Captive & Insurance Management, where he has been CEO for the last seven years.
BlackRidge Technology International Inc. has announced the following appointments:
- John J. Walsh - chief strategy and technology officer
- Bill Joll - head of worldwide sales
Mark Harrington has been appointed national sales executive for Glatfelter Religious Practice, a division of Glatfelter Insurance Group. He joins from DeVenne Insurance where he served as an independent insurance consultant.
Coverys, a provider of medical professional liability insurance, has appointed Stephanie Sheps vice president of claims. Sheps has been with Coverys since 2001 and in her new position oversees claims operations for the East and West regions, as well as national claims operations for Coverys Specialty Insurance Company and Coverys Custom Accounts.
Laura L. Favinger has been named chief administrative officer at the Insurance Information Institute. Favinger was previously senior vice president and head of government and industry affairs for Zurich North America.
Computer Services Inc. has announced the following promotions:
- Andy Elliot - chief experience officer
- Bob Ezell - chief product officer
- Diva Narayanan - chief technology officer
Global reinsurance, wholesale and specialty broker Ed has appointed Dean Herman divisional director for the Risk Solutions team. He joins from Lloyd and Partners where he served as Head of U.S. Property.
Sharon Ludlow has been appointed to EIS Group's board of directors. She brings more than 25 years of experience in both the life & health and property & casualty insurance industries, including serving as president and CEO of Swiss Re Canada.
XL Catlin has promoted Melissa McDermott to head of pricing for global lines. McDermott first joined XL Catlin seven years in actuarial financial reporting.

- Parviz Rezvani - senior director of operations
- Brenda Gardner - senior director of operations, shared services
