Greg Massey has been named the new head of Programs for Zurich North America. Massey previously served as head of Zurich's property & casualty line of business for North America.

Everest Re Group Ltd. has appointed Sonya Barge to the Everest Insurance central region Marketing and Distribution team. Barge most recently served as an underwriting manager at Missouri Employers Mutual Insurance Company in St. Louis.

Jon C. Rice has joined Mayer Brown's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice as a partner in Houston. He joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.

NAS Insurance Services has appointed Jeff Jacobs vice president of specialty underwriting. Prior to joining NAS, Jacobs held underwriting leadership roles at Berkley, Lockton, Meadowbrook and AON.

Scott Westbrook has been appointed senior vice president of sales for Insurance Claims Management, the parent company of HSG|CodeBlue. He most recently served as vice president and co-founder of APU Solutions for nearly 20 years.

Aon Risk Solutions has appointed Anna Adams account executive leader. Adams previously served as managing director and strategic account manager in Aon Inpoint.

Starr Companies announced the following appointments:

  • Brian Inselberg - senior vice president
  • Dan Conway - executive vice president, special advisor for Construction and General Casualty lines
  • Kevin McCracken - senior vice president
  • Andy Robinson - senior vice president
  • Rob Cruz - senior vice president

Jeffrey Dussault has been appointed senior underwriter for XS Brokers. He joins with two decades of insurance experience and will play a key role in the company's expansion in the Southeast.

Holman Enterprises, a family-owned company with six business segments, has appointed Gary Osborne vice president, alternative risk programs for Risk Partners, a provider of customized insurance and risk management solutions to commercial clients. He is the former president of USA Risk Group.

Melissa Burton has been appointed Wiley Insurance Agency's new customer service representative/agent. Prior to joining Wiley Insurance Agency, Burton worked as a store manager at a cellular telephone company.

Wave Insurance Technologies Inc. dba AVYST has appointed Steve Aronson to its Board of Directors. He is currently president of Aronson Insurance, an Acrisure Partner Agency based in Needham, MA.

Tim Prosser has been named a consultant within the Construction Group of New Day Underwriting Managers LLC. He previously served as a professional liability underwriter at RLI Insurance Corporation.

The Arbella Insurance Group has appointed Paul Brady chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology. Brady joined Arbella in 2010, was promoted and appointed an officer in 2012.

Joel Porten has been named director of strategic initiatives at Alexander & Schmidt, a loss control services provider. Mot recently, he served as vice president of risk control at Vela Insurance Services, a W.R. Berkley company.

Paradigm Outcomes has announced the following appointments:

  • Marijo Storment - CEO of both case management brands in its portfolio: ALARIS and Encore Unlimited
  • Jennifer Hinshaw - chief product and stategy officer
  • Tom Mastri - executive vice president of finance and business development
