Homeowners nationwide must manage diverse risks. From natural disasters to robberies, there are innumerable exposures waiting to strike.

Fortunately, a good home insurance plan can provide adequate protection. Unfortunately, a good home insurance can cost you — especially depending on where you live in the United States.

Geography, among other variables, factors into home insurance costs. But while a number of states have high prices for home insurance, many do not. So which state has the most affordable home insurance?

A recent article by howmuch.net found the most affordable home insurance by state using data from insurance.com. Can you guess which state is home to the most affordable home insurance in the country?
