A company's success is often attributed to a multitude of factors. Many are divided over whether the praise belongs to the employer or the employees. 

Regardless of one's beliefs, which company can claim to be America's best employer? Forbes' worked with research firm Statista in search of an answer.

Statista began by surveying more than 30,000 employees in total from both large and midsize companies. The most weighted question asked of survey respondents was whether they would recommend their own company to others, on a scale of zero to 10.
