Willis Towers Watson has announced the rebranding of its Willis Capital Markets & Advisory to Willis Towers Watson Securities. The new brand will consolidate all broker-dealers across the Willis Towers Watson group.

Willis Towers Watson also announced a new cyber product for airlines called CyFly. The product covers business interruption for multiple third party providers and aviation regulatory fines and compensation in relation to cyber incidents.

Insurance and claims service provider Davies Group has announced its private equity firm HGGC has acquired specialist regulatory services company Cynergie UK Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bermuda-based Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. has acquired captive insurer ICDC Ltd. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Yardley, Pennsylvania-based insurance fraternity Gamma Iota Sigma has added a 73rd chapter in Washington, D.C. Twenty-eight students were inducted as members to the new chapter on March 29.

Wholesale broker and managing general agent Worldwide Facilities' Houston division has announced it is the exclusive partner for well control insurance through the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA)'s Partners Program. Worldwide Facilities will offer qualifying OIPA members discounts on control of well, risk reduction and loss control benefits.

San Diego-based Atlas General Insurance Services LLC has expanded its commercial programs to include coverage for California contractors.
