Dallas-based property and casualty wholesaler and MGA U.S. Risk, LLC has named Wayne H. Carter III president of its proprietary programs group U.S. Risk Underwriters, Inc. He joins from W.R. Berkley's Berkley Program Specialists where he served as president.
Rogers & Gray Insurance has promoted Allison McEachern to senior vice president, director of human resources. Her previous role was director of employee benefits.
Chadwick Willoughby has been promoted to president of Memphis, Tennessee-based Farris Evans Insurance Agency, Inc. Willoughby previously served as vice president.
