Zurich-based property and casualty insurer Chubb Ltd. said it has promoted Graham Lambourne to head of multinational claims. He previously served as global clients claims manager, Europe.

West Trenton, New Jersey-based insurer NJM Insurance Group said it has appointed Alastair Shore senior vice president and chief financial officer. He joins from CUNA Mutual Group where he served as chief financial officer.
