San Diego-based ICW Group Insurance Cos. said it has appointed Kristin Guthrie to the new position of vice president of customer experience. She joins from Honeywell Aerospace, where she was vice president of customer experience.
Brentwood, Tennessee-based insurance risk services company Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. said it has promoted Collette Mangold to chief financial officer from controller. She joined the company in 2008.
Aon Risk Solutions, the risk management business of London-based Aon plc, said it has appointed Laurie Bolach vice president of business development in its Detroit office. She joins from Aetna, where he was vice president of national sales for Aetna Signature Administrators.
