Another step most car buyers miss when buying a car is shopping around for insurance. During a recent Quadrant Information Services study, commissioned by insuranceQuotes.com, Karl Brauer, senior analyst for Kelley Blue Book said this is a very important factor to consider before purchasing a new vehicle.
