New York City-based Travelers Cos. Inc. said it will now offer insurance directly to small businesses in the United Kingdom with fewer than 10 employees and less than £2.5 million in revenue.
New York City-based insurance brokerage and risk management company Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Ltd. said it has acquired Ocala, Fla.-based Jerry Parks Equine Insurance Inc. and Parks Insurance Corp. Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
New York City-based reinsurance software company Knightsbridge Technology Group said it is now offerin its GenSphere Reinsurance System business and accounting software for property and casualty reinsurance companies.
