Israel-based insurance software company Sapiens International Corp. said it will acquire Bradenton, Fla.-based insurance software company Maximum Processing Inc. The transaction is expected to close by the end of June 2016.
Insurance industry veteran and attorney Aaron DiCaprio said he has started TriBlue Insurance Solutions, based in Richboro, Pa.
Chicago-based insurance brokerage Hub International Ltd. said it has acquired certain assets of San Juan, Puerto Rico-based FirstBank Insurance Agency Inc. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the company said the assets will become a part of Hub Puerto Rico.
