Willis Towers Watson names CEO for its program administration business

Stacy D. Brown comes to Willis Programs from Freberg Environmental Insurance, a subsidiary of Willis Towers Watson.

London-based brokerage and financial advisory company Willis Towers Watson said it has appointed Stacy D. Brown president and CEO of Willis Programs, the company’s program administration business.

He replaces David Hampson, who retired earlier this year.
