Foster City, Calif.-based insurance software developer Guidewire Software Inc. said it has agreed to acquire Columbia, S.C.-based  EagleEye Analytics, a provider of predictive analytics software for property and casualty insurers. The transaction is expected to close imminently. Terms were not disclosed.

Jersey City, N.J.-based property and casualty insurance risk information source Insurance Services Office said it is now offering inland marine insurance forms to help protect businesses from liabilities associated with the potential crashes of commercial drones, including damage to the drones, their equipment and their cargo.

St. Petersburg, Fla.-based VIP Software said it is now offering InsureBridge along with Bill Audit Pro in its suite of Xactware-integrated products for claims processing.
