Salem, N.J.-based property and casualty insurer Farmers of Salem said it will hold its second-quarter "Earn More, Give Back" charitable drive giving agents an opportunity to support Habitat for Humanity by donating $15 per policy written to the agency's local Habitat affiliate. The goal for 2016 contest is $15,000 for Habitat for Humanity affiliates in New Jersey and Maryland. Last year, $10,000 was raised.
The Albany, N.Y.-based New York Alliance Against Insurance Fraud said it will begin its "Insurance Fraud Hurts … Everyone" consumer campaign in May. It will include television and radio ads, billboards and a roaming "Fraud Squad" van covered in anti-fraud messages.
New York City-based global insurance brokerage and risk management company Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Ltd. said it has acquired London-based Lloyd's broker Croton Stokes Wilson Holden Ltd. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The management and staff of Croton Stokes Wilson Holden will join Integro as part of its London wholesale group.
