New York City-based global insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro Insurance Brokers Holdings Ltd. said it has added Anne Marie Davine and Richard May to its professional services firms practice. Davine joins Integro from Marsh where she served as U.S. law firm practice leader. May comes to Integro from Marsh where he was the Errors and Omissions placement leader.

London-based specialist lines underwriting agency CFC Underwriting said it has hired Matt Taylor as head of emerging risk. Taylor will also be appointed to the board of directors, subject to approval by the Financial Conduct Authority. He joins from Montpelier at Lloyd’s where he was an underwriter and head of non-marine.

Dublin-based insurance and reinsurance giant XL Catlin said it has promoted Nick Greggains to chief executive officer of its Canadian insurance operations from director of underwriting for XL Catlin’s U.S. operations. He joined XL in 2003, and then joined Catlin in 2007. XL acquired Catlin in 2015.
